It is important to understand that zazen is not the same as shuzen. While shuzen is based on the Indian dhyana, zazen has roots in Zen. Both are based on the same principles and practices. In zazen, shikantaza functions as a natural expression of the self. Overdone techniques and goal-oriented techniques interfere with this natural expression. However, this is also the best practice for a person to be successful in bodhizazen.

Unlike shuzen, bodhizazen is a completely free practice. There is no fee or requirement to practice bodhizazen. Instead, the meditation technique is open source, and there is no need to obtain a license or get a certification in order to perform the practice. The technical details of bodhizazen, such as how to conduct the meditation, are openly available. The technique of shikantaza is not the same as a goal-oriented technique.

A person who practices bodhizazen must be aware that the mind is transient. They must understand that the world is not permanent and must end. By practicing bodhizazen, a person will be able to live with no delusion and be free from all distractions. A Buddha-like state of mind can allow a person to be enlightened without any delusions. If a person cannot realize this, they are a long way away from the Way.

When practicing bodhizazen, the person should not judge others. They must be free of all judgment. The meditator must be aware of their thoughts and be free from all attachment to these things. These thoughts are temporary. If the mind is free from judgment, it will be free from all distractions. The practice of bodhizazen helps a person gain enlightenment. Those who do not fully comprehend this form of meditation are far away from the Way.

The most important aspect of bodhizazen is the fact that it is free from the desire for fame and profit. It is a mind that reaches the realm of the Buddha without the need to be distracted by any distractions. While it is a very useful tool in practicing bodhizazen, it is possible to develop it in many different ways. The best way to practice bodhizazen is by learning from others who have had a similar experience.

If you are new to bodhizazen, you may want to find a teacher or learn it on your own. There are many Zen centers in South India that offer bodhizazen. If you are interested in bodhi, you can visit one of these centers to practice. There, you’ll find a Bodhi Sangha that is open to the public and free from judgment. This is a great way to learn more about bodhi-mind and the importance of a unified mind.
